1. Agreement

By accessing the AI Governance Blueprint shop, requesting information, or purchasing any course, certification, bundle, or digital product from GAICC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the shop or complete a purchase.

2. AI chatbot disclosure

GAICC uses an AI-powered chatbot (the "GAICC AI Course Advisor") on this shop to answer questions about the AI Governance Blueprint programme, certifications, pricing, and related topics. The chatbot is an automated assistant and is not a human GAICC representative.

Responses are generated by artificial intelligence based on GAICC knowledge materials and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. For important decisions, account-specific questions, or disputes, contact support@gaicc.org for a human response.

3. Payments & non-refundable policy

All fees are non-refundable once payment is completed. This includes, without limitation, course access, certification programmes, exam fees, membership fees, extensions, bundles, and downloadable or digital resources.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read this policy and agree that your purchase is final. If you believe a billing error occurred (for example, a duplicate charge) or you could not access a product for a technical reason attributable to GAICC, contact support@gaicc.org with your order or receipt details.

4. Access & use

Access periods, exam rules, certification requirements, and community or membership benefits are described at the point of purchase and in programme-specific materials. The AI Governance Blueprint is a self-paced online programme. GAICC may update programme content or platform features to reflect regulatory or operational needs where reasonably required.
